On-site training
These training courses are designed to help the Project Implementation Teams, Project Managers, IT Administrators and Content Editors in the client organisations.
Train the Trainer
In order for you to train all employees to use a particular application, we can design a course in conjunction with your training department and prepare customised training material.
We will teach the Trainers to demonstrate and train end users allowing you to organise your own 'in-house' end user training, typically to be part of an induction course.
End-user training
If you would prefer, Smart Media can carry out the end user training across your organisation. For example, we have succesfully arranged training for a nationwide retail chain for their intranet based stocktake system.
