Document Conversion
In most organisations, large documents such as operating manuals are naturally maintained with a traditional word processor.
When managing and distributing large documents via your intranet, your typical choices are to either
- distribute documents in native format
- or to convert to HTML.
The first option is not effective from a network bandwidth point of view and subsequent slowness causes user frustration. You will also end up with local copies of documents which itself causes other problems.
